On 27th September 2021, this Court (Coram: Mangesh S.Patil, J.) has passed the following order:

"

Leave granted to withdraw Civil Application No.10055/2021 in RC/1392/2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application No. 10057/2021, the application is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the office objections within two weeks from today. On such objections being removed the Writ Petition shall stand restored, failing which the order shall stand recalled."

Despite granting two weeks' time to the applicant to remove office objections, the applicant failed and therefore, the order of restoration automatically stands cancelled.

Heard learned Counsel Mr. Undre. Though, the reasons given in the application are not fully satisfactory, yet in the interest of justice the Writ Petition Stamp No.15033 of 2019 stands restored subject to cost of

( 2 ) 918 CA 1647-22 Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association, High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. The applicant shall remove the office objections by 4.03.2022.
