Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

It is a case of death of wife of the applicant after more than 10 years of her marriage. The spot panchnama reveals that there a wire and bucket were lying near the well in which she was allegedly pushed. Within 10 years of marriage, there were no allegations of ill-treatment against the applicant. Considering the material placed on record, the possibility of accident cannot be ruled out. The applicant has two children. Nobody is there to look after them. The material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. Therefore, the application deserve to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Bhausaheb Ramdas Yede, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.165 of 2022, registered with Chaklamba Police Station, District Beed for the offence punishable under Section 302, 324, 498A, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
