Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The role attributed to the applicant in the case is barely signing the notarized document. He did not receive any share in the fraudulently extracted amount. There are no antecedents to his discredit. He was just a middleman in the alleged fake marriage. Nothing is to be recovered from him. Hence, the following order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Muktaram @ Balaji Gopinathrao Bhalerao be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.209 of 2022, registered with City Police Station Beed, Taluka and District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 423, 465, 468, 471, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer, till filing of the chargesheet.
