Ms. Mahajan, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made grievance with regard to the transfer of the petitioner with the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar. The Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad on 2nd August, 2019 has rejected the grievance of the petitioner. The petitioner has approached the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik on 09.08.2019. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In case the application/appeal of the petitioner against the order of the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad is pending with the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik (Page 57), then the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik shall decide the same on its own merits preferably, within a period of three months.
