Though this writ petition has been tagged with the Writ Petition No.3590/2019, taking into consideration the statement that during the pendency of Writ Petition No.1478/2018 the approval has been granted on 07.01.2022, there is no cause of action remaining for the said petitioner to go ahead with the petition.

There appears to be intervening application, which is in fact filed by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.3590/2019 and the separate cause of action is said to be in his favour and, therefore, it can be dealt with in the said petition.
