For the reasons given in the applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), provided that the applicants shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 312 and 309 days, respectively, in these applications.

In appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after eight weeks. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.
