Learned counsel for the parties refer to that the parties hereto have decided to resolve their dispute under the settlement, as has been arrived at and the same has been got verified before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties state that there is nothing illegal in the terms of settlement and the same are lawful. The terms of settlement have been understood by the parties, which were explained by learned counsel to them. Parties were before the Registrar (Judicial) and are present in the court and the counsel have identified the same. Counsel state that parties have accepted the terms of settlement. 3.

In view of same, Miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
