The point raised in this Petition is no longer res integra and is covered by the Orders of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5272 of 2015 decided on 8th May, 2015 and Writ Petition No. 2299 of 2015 decided on 27th February, 2015. Hence for the same reasons, which are assigned in those orders, the respondent No. 2 shall, after considering its own record and the certificate/s submitted by the petitioners so also the information submitted under the Right to Information Act, decide and verify the said certificates produced by the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within two months from today.
