We make is clear that if the petitioner is willing to participate in the process of advertisement issued by the management, the petitioner may do so by staking his claim and submit his application in response to the

1554.19wp (2) advertisement issued by the management. Needless to state that such claim of the petitioner would be considered on the merits of the application, if submitted by the petitioner.

We further make it clear that the execution petition filed by the petitioner pending before the authority be decided by that authority expeditiously, needless to state that by giving an opportunity of hearing to all respective parties in the proceeding.
