Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In the similarly situated matters, the Court allowed the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court. The applications deserve to be allowed. Hence, the order;

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court with accrued interest. Out of it, 50% be released on furnishing undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed, and 25% amount be released on furnishing surety/ security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
