Mr. Mane, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the election programme declared on 12.01.2021 be stayed. The elections are said to be scheduled for the years 2021-2026. The learned counsel submits that, the term of the current managing committee is upto 2022.

Mr. Mane, the learned counsel further submits that, the petitioners have already filed application before the office of the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar, however, no cognizance is taken by him.

The petitioners may prosecute their application with the Deputy Charity Commissioner. Needless to state the Deputy Charity Commissioner will pass the orders on the said

2 wp 2606.21 application on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously. 4.

In the light of the fact that, application is already made to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, we are not entertaining the present writ petition. All contentions are kept open. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
