CORAM : PRASANNA B. VARALE AND S.M. GAVHANE, JJ DATED : 04th MARCH, 2019 PER COURT:- 1.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Though by prayer clause 'B' the petitioner sought for directions to implement the judgment and order passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal Latur in Appeal No.49/2014 dated 18.03.2016, Mr. Manale, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submit before us that an application for execution of the decree is already submitted to the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal on 28.09.2016, copy of which is placed on record at Exhibit 'C'. The learned counsel, then invited our attention to the contents of the petition, more particularly para 8 to submit that this Court while dealing with an issue for effective implementation of the orders of the School Tribunal and necessary directions are issued by this Court. In spite of such directions, no steps are taken and the petitioner is subjected to a long drawn proceeding and is awaiting for early decision/early orders to be passed on the application for execution. This being a limited grievance of the petitioner. The petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

3.

Respondent No.6 - Presiding Officer, School Tribunal Latur is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted to him on 28.09.2016 seeking execution of order passed by the Tribunal dated 18.03.2016, as expeditiously as possible, an not later than (6) weeks from the date of order of this Court, if the application is not already decided by the learned Presiding Officer till date.

4.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. ( S.M. GAVHANE ) (PRASANNA B. VARALE) JUDGE JUDGE Sudhir Rane
