The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 98 days in filing second appeal. Though the application is opposed, but considering the short period of delay, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. The second appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any. Learned Counsel Mr. Gholap waives service on behalf of all the respondents on registration of main appeal. 3.
