The learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed revision before the Commissioner against the order of the appellate authority (Page 62). The same is pending since year 2017. It is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no.1 to 3 and submits that if the revision is filed by the petitioners, then respondent no.1 would decide it on its own merits. In case the revision filed by the petitioner (Page 62) is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously preferably within six months. 3.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
