Learned advocate for respondent No. 5 submits that 80% amount in tune of directions of this Court are paid to the petitioners and 20% is remained to be paid. On being asked why there is delay in payment of the amount, learned advocate states that liquidator is appointed and therefore, he is making arrangement to pay dues of the petitioners. On instructions, he makes a statement that within two months, the amount shall be paid to the petitioners. 2.
By recording said statement as undertaking to this Court, contempt petition is disposed of.
