The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. 2.

Mr. Bayas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the son of the petitioner is validated under the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.7764 of 2020. The learned counsel submits that the Scrutiny Committee be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner.

The validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner can show the judgment delivered by this Court in the case of his son Shreeharsh, dated 16.12.2020 in Writ Petition No.7764 of 2020, to

2 942-wp-5535-2021.doc the Committee. The Committee, naturally is bound to consider the judgment delivered by this Court while passing the judgment and order in the validation proceeding of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 08.04.2021. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
