Mr.M.M. Bhokarikar, learned counsel, who is appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant has orally informed that the matter is settled between the parties in execution proceeding. He further submits that, he has issued notice to the applicant by Registered Post A.D. He has taken discharge to appear for the applicant.

On 29th March, 2019, this Court has directed to issue notice to appellant/applicant informing further date and also inform her that in case she remains

Inspite of service of notice, the applicant/appellant is absent. It seems that the applicant/appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal. Appeal is dismissed along with pending Civil Applications in default of the appellant/applicant to appear and prosecute the matter.
