Heard the learned APP for respondent No.1/State and the learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4.

The learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 submits that the applicants are the senior citizens and residing at Deglur. However, to harass them, the applicant No.1 have given the address of her sister at Aurangabad and with ill motive she applied for transfer the cases pending on the board of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Degloor to Aurangabad Court.

The learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has also argued that the applicants/complainant is not attending the cases which she has sought to be transferred at Aurangabad. Due to her absence, respondents No. 2 to 4 are unnecessarily harassed. 5.

Considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4, there appears no force in the prayer of the applicants. In the age of technology, if she was unable to attend the case at Deglur in person, she may lead her evidence from anywhere through Video Conference, therefore, no inconvenience would cause her.
