Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 Insurer. 2.

It appears that, respondent no.1 - Insurer has preferred an appeal against the liability fastened on the vehicle insured with respondent no.1 and exonerating the owner and insurer of the other vehicle.

In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 50% (Fifty Percent) deposited before this Court in the manner as directed by the Tribunal in the impugned order. 4.

Civil Application disposed of.
