The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of he having been sought to be promoted as a special teacher and the Management having forwarded the proposal seeking promotion to respondent No.6 on 09.02.2022, he is not taking any decision. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 to consider the proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law and take decision under communication to respondents No.7 and 8, if he has not already done that, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
