Present application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Eknath i.e. the respondent. 2.

Mr. Godamgaonkar, appears for the legal heirs of deceased Eknath and submits that he has no objection to allow the application to the extent of bringing the legal heirs on record.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary substitution/amendment be carried out within two weeks.
