Mr. Sabnis, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for Respondents Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner had sought re-recognition of the school. The Education Officer Primary has recommended the same and

( 2 ) wp 1906.17 forwarded it to the Deputy Director of Education on 20/12/2016. However no decision has been taken upon it as yet by the Deputy Director Director of Education.

The learned A.G.P. states that the Deputy Director of Education would follow the legal course.

In case the said re-recognition (Page 41) is pending with the Respondent No. 3, then the Respondent No. 3 shall take appropriate steps in that regard and the authorities shall pass orders on its own merits, with regard to grant of re-recognition to the petitioner and as per the policy expeditiously and preferably by the end of April 2017.
