Heard Mr. Dhorde, learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants seek leave to add respondent no. 7, so also amend the prayer and the memo of the petition.

The learned counsel submits that the proposed respondent no. 7 has rejected the claim, though the same is for a different period, however applicants are the same.

The period is different, the insurance company that has rejected the claim is also different and the cause of action is totally different. It would not be appropriate to mingle the issues in the same petition.

The applicants may assail the rejection of the claim by the proposed respondent no. 7 by an independent proceeding.

With these observations, civil application is disposed of.
