1] In compliance of the directions given in the order dated 12th October, 2021, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CID Crime, Dhule has submitted a report stating therein that appellant, namely, Mangala Bhaskar Wagh was suffering from paralysis since 25.10.2012 and she was under treatment till the Year 2019. Appellant - Mangala Bhaskar Wagh died on 28.07.2020.

2] In view of aforesaid verification, Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2007 preferred by the appellant - original accused no.21 - Mangala Bhaskar Wagh stands abated and the same is accordingly disposed of.
