The petitioners challenge the recruitment process which was concluded in the year 2015. None of the appointees are arraigned as respondents in the writ petition.

In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in Ranjan Kumar and others Vs. State of Bihar and others, reported in (2014) 16 SCC 187, this writ petition suffers from non-joinder of necessary parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
