There are nine petitioners before us who are between 67 and 78 years of age.

The judgment of the Labour Court is dated 14.10.2019 delivered under Section 33 C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act. The revenue recovery certificate was received by the office of the Resident Deputy Collector, Beed on 30.12.2021. A copy of the communication received by the learned AGP dated 21.02.2023, marked as 'X' for identification, indicates that the Resident Deputy Collector seeks six more months for recovery and he does not even whisper as to whether any steps have been initiated pursuant to the revenue recovery

( 2 ) 905 wp 1834.23 certificate. The learned AGP submits that he is not aware as to whether any further steps were initiated by the Resident Deputy Collector. 3.

The amounts that are to be recovered through the revenue recovery certificate with regard to each of these petitioners, are in between Rs.23,000/- to Rs. 80,000/- with admissible interest. 4.

In view of the above and considering that there are nine petitioners whose revenue recovery certificates are to be executed, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 - District Collector, Beed to ensure that the revenue recovery certificates of these petitioners are executed and the quantified amount with admissible interest are paid to them on or before 30.06.2023.
