The petitioner is anxious to get early decision after remand of the disqualification proceedings initiated against respondent No. 2 under Rule 10(3) of the APMC (Election to Committee) Rules 2017 in the light of the order of remand dated 31.12.2024, wherein respondent No. 1 has put up a challenge to the earlier order of disqualification.
