The grievance in this petition is about non issuance of caste validity certificate. It is clearly accepted by the petitioner that she received notice of hearing before Respondent No.2-Committee. She could not remain present before Respondent No.2-Committee for hearing. This Court has seen the order. It is mainly seen that the petitioner was absent for hearing on 15.03.2022, 29.03.2022 and 20.04.2022. Though Respondent No.2-Committee has considered other aspects, this Court find that those observations are in absence of petitioner. This Court find that in the interest of justice, the petition deserves to be allowed by remanding the claim proceedings back to Respondent No.2-Committee.

The petitioner to appear before Respondent No.2-Committee Narwade/

970-wp-1569-2023.odt without fail on 15.12.2025 at 10.30 and extend full cooperation in deciding the claim without seeking any adjournment. Respondent No.2Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

In view of the above, the impugned order needs to be quashed and set aside and the same is hereby quashed and set aside. 4.
