This application is filed for transfer of matrimonial proceeding filed by the respondent/husband before the Family Court at Dhule bearing Petition No. A-239/2023 to the Family Court at Beed. 3.
It is the case of the applicant/wife that, presently she is residing
2 32-MCA 30-2024.odt at Takli Amiya, Taluka Ashti, District Beed with her father along with two children aged 11 years and 4 years. It is difficult for her to travel to Dhule for attending the proceedings of the Family Court. She has also filed a Criminal Misc. Application No. 03/2024 under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in the Court at Ashti, District Beed. The distance between the two places is more than 260 Kms. and it is difficult for her to travel for attending the proceedings. A prayer is therefore made for transferring the proceedings from the Family Court at Dhule to Family Court at Beed. 4.
The application is vehemently opposed by the learned advocate for respondent.

Considering the above facts, this Court finds that, it would be in the interest of justice to allow the misc. civil application. Therefore, the misc. civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). 6.
The misc. civil application is disposed of.
