The learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation submits, on instructions, that as the authorities approached the property of the Petitioners for removing encroachment, the Petitioners contended that they have documents, which would indicate a title to the property. The Municipal Corporation is, therefore, issuing a notice to these Petitioners and would be giving them time to tender their documents. After the documents are verified, the Municipal Corporation would take a decision in

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Needless to state, after the Municipal Corporation takes a decision and if the Petitioners are aggrieved, they would be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court.
