In connected matter, this Court, vide order dated 05.02.2021, granted withdrawal of 75% of the amount deposited. Same treatment is required to be given herein. 3.

The applicants are, therefore, permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with this Court, 50% amount be paid on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of learned
