Present application has been filed by the original claimant who intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. There is a delay of 272 days and he has tried to explain it in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3.

The application has been strongly opposed by the learned AGP appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 on the ground that the delay that has been shown is not reasonable and sufficient. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant contends that his financial condition was not sound to approach this Court and he took time to arrange for the Court fees and other allied expenses, delay is hereby condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
