Mr. Shirsath, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received any instructions from the petitioner. He also states that the purpose of filing this petition seeking appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher is served, as the petitioner, in the meantime, secured appointment on the post of Talathi and at present is serving on the said post.

In the light of above, the petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged.
