PER COURT :- The petitioner belongs to tribal community and has been admitted to medical course, as against a seat earmarked for ST category. The caste scrutiny committee has already been issued direction to scrutinize the validation claim of the petitioner, within a period of one year and the limit prescribed by this Court is yet to come to an end. It is informed that, respondent No.3 university has issued direction to the College not to send the examination form of such of those candidates, who failed to submit validation certificates. The petitioner apprehends that, she may not be permitted for examination in view of the directives issued by the university.

In this view of the matter, it is hereby directed to the university as well as the college to forward the examination form of the petitioner and university shall accept the same and permit the petitioner to appear for examination. The college shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner until the decision of claim in respect of validation certificate pending with the scrutiny committee.
