Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that though notice was issued by this Court, respondent Nos. 6, 10, 11 12 and 13 could not be served by usual mode of service. As
2137.18ca (2) such, the applicants pray for service of these unserved respondents by way of paper publication. 2.
Learned Counsel for the applicants is not pressing other prayers mentioned in the application, namely, prayer clause (C), (D) and (E).

Considering the submission that certain respondents are unserved and applicants are willing to serve them by way of paper publication, prayer clause (B) is granted. The application is disposed of accordingly. Necessary steps be taken by the applicants within two weeks.
