We have heard both the sides.

It appears that writ petition was disposed of by observing that the petitioner would have remedy as is indicated in the matter of Vinubhai Hirabhai Malviya Vs. State of Gujrat, (2019) 17 SC 1 in paragraph No. 3 of the order. However, in paragraph No. 2, the prayers from the writ petition were to be incorporated. The order was dictated in open Court by going through the copy of petition filed by way of e-filing. However, before the order was transcribed by the concerned P. A., physical

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 cri wp 222.24 copy of the petition was tendered, which was apparently bearing same Criminal Writ Petition No. 222 of 2024 and obviously, the prayers from that compilation were reproduced by the P.A. in paragraph No. 2 of the order. Physical compilation was not made available to us. It appears that erroneously it was tendered and error has been perpetuated in paragraph No. 2 of the order. 4.
