Learned counsel for the appellants and respondent no. 1 submit that the parties have arrived at settlement and terms of settlement have been reduced into writing today - 27-04-2017 and further that the same have been signed by parties and respective advocates.

Learned counsel further submit that the terms and conditions of the compromise were read over to the parties and implications of the same as well were explained to them. Parties understood the terms and conditions of the compromise and have accepted the same.

Learned counsel for parties further refer to that the terms and conditions of the compromise were verified before the in charge Registrar (Judicial) of the high court today in their presence and they have identified the respective parties before the in charge Registrar (Judicial).

According to learned counsel, the terms and conditions of the compromise are not unlawful nor are forbidden by law nor are opposed to public policy.

In view of aforesaid, second appeal stands disposed of pursuant to terms of compromise as have been submitted. Decree in second appeal be drawn accordingly. 6.

Civil application no. 2025 of 2016, in view of disposal of second appeal, does not survive and stands accordingly disposed of.
