PER COURT :- 1) This is an application filed by the legal heirs of the sole deceased respondent in First Appeal Stamp No.1703/2009 filed by the State. In fact, the appellant State was supposed to take necessary steps and to bring the L.Rs. of deceased respondent on record within stipulated period of limitation. However, it seems, that was not done. Now, L.Rs. themselves have filed the present application for taking their names on record. 2) The application is allowed.

3) The delay caused in filing the application is condoned. The names of the present applicants be taken on record as L.Rs. of deceased respondent in First Appeal Stamp No.1703/2009. Civil Application stands disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
