The petitioner points out an order dated 30th November, 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11932 of 2022 filed by the present petitioner, wherein the hearing was to be conducted in her validity proceedings on 14th December, 2022 and the committee had assured of delivering the judgment on 5th January, 2023. She, therefore, prays for direction that her internship completion certificate may be released.

The learned AGP submits that the hearing in the matter concluded before the committee on 20th December, 2022 and has been closed for passing orders. By today evening, the judgment in the matter would be delivered.

Since we are informed that the judgment of the committee would be delivered today evening, there is no reason for us to issue directions for releasing the internship completion certificate. It would depend upon the result of the proceedings.

As such, this petition is disposed off.
