Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed an application on 27th May, 2014 for grant of tribe certificate as belonging to Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe with Respondent No.2. However, as yet, the same has not been decided. Even the real sister of the Petitioner has been issued validity certificate and the same Respondent No.2 has granted tribe certificate in favour of the real brother of the Petitioner.

The learned AGP submits that in case the said application is pending, the Respondent No.2 would decide the same on its own merits. Considering the fact that the application filed by the Petitioner for grant of tribe certificate is pending since May 2014, we direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the said application on its own merits after considering all the relevant aspects, expeditiously, preferably within two months.
