By the present civil application Nos. 1556/2022 and 1558/2022 the legal heirs of the respondent No. 1 are sought to be brought on the record, in the wake of his death on 22nd May 2021. The applications are filed on 2.2.2022 and hence, there is delay of 168 days in bringing the legal heirs.

Heard learned counsel Mrs. Anjali Dube for the applicants and perused the applications. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications deserve to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses '

. Necessary amendment shall be effected within a period of one week from today. Mr. Gangakhedkar states that he

WP No. 1901/19 waives notice on behalf of newly added respondents. Hence, there is no need to issue notice to added respondents. Civil Applications are disposed of.
