The Petitioner is aggrieved that Respondent No.5 received a caste certificate of belonging to "Rajput Bhamta - VJNT" category. His grievance is that Respondent No.5 has contested various elections from the reserved category using the said caste certificate. He further submits that Respondent No.5 is his political rival. On the point of locus he submits that he is a resident of same village and there is a political rivalry between the two. 02.

Considering the above, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our Writ jurisdiction. If the Petitioner has any statutory remedy, he may avail of the same.
