This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 35 days caused in filing First Appeal.

Delay caused as the applicant was under medical treatment for his head injury. The applicant has spent huge amount for medical treatment. He was taking treatment from various hospitals. In that process it was not possible for the applicant/appellant to file the appeal

ca3856.17 within time.

Learned counsel for the appellant has objected for condonation of delay.

I am satisfied with the grounds stated in the application. Therefore, delay is condoned. 7.
