This petition pertains to the transfer dated 22/10/2002, by which, the petitioner was transferred to Khultabad. 2.

While admitting this petition on 18/08/2003, this Court did not grant interim relief to the petitioner and directed him to join the transferred place without prejudice to his rights. His appeal was dismissed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad vide order dated 30/04/2003.
