The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the agricultural land of the applicant came to be acquired in the year 1990 and the applicant had filed LAR in the year 1992 seeking enhancement in compensation. Present appeal is pending since the year 2007.

In view of the above submission, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Fix the appeals for hearing on 13.7.2017.
