1] Mr.Suyash S. Jangarda, learned counsel appears for the legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos.4, 7 and 8 in Civil Application Nos.7680/2022, 7681/2022 and 7682/2022. The learned counsel submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid applications.

2] In view of the same, the Civil Application Nos.7680/2022, 7681/2022 and 7682/2022 are allowed.

3] The learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos.4, 7 and 8 submits that the present proceedings are covered under the judgment reported in 2020 (9) SCC 1. In view of the same, the matter can be disposed of.
