The application is filed for condonation of delay of 207 days in filing Second Appeal. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the delay has been caused due to time spent in correction of title of the impugned judgment. Though the application is opposed but considering the reasons stated in application it stands allowed subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
