Learned Counsel Mr. S.S.Patil along with appellant/original claimants and Mr. Mohit R Deshmukh alongwith officers of insurance company Mr. Irfan Shaikh tender on record settlement which is marked as Exhibit-X. They pray for disposal of the appeal in view of the settlement. As per the settlement between the parties, the respondent/insurance company shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000 only (Rs.ten lacs only) towards full and final settlement of the claim between the parties within eight weeks. The appellant and the Legal Services Authority shall intimate today's minutes to the respondent/claimant, the stakeholders and their lawyers.
