Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 83 days condoned in filing first appeal. The original respondent No.4-Insurance Company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal.

The learned Advocate for the respective respondents have no serious objection to condone the delay of 83 days. Hence, for the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.9 and 10, the delay stands condoned.
