The applicant has preferred this civil application on 09/02/2010. Since then, no orders have been passed. By prayer clause 'B', the applicant prays that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 be directed not to hold interviews and appoint any selected candidate as a "Shikshan Sevak" in pursuance to the advertisement dated 06/02/2010.

Considering the passage of time and this application being pending for more than 5 years and 6 months, this prayer shall be considered alongwith the petition.

In prayer clause 'C', the applicant has prayed for listing the petition for final hearing.

Since a service dispute is involved and the petition is of the year 2007, list Writ Petition No.6075/2007 for final hearing on 17/12/2015.
